The vacuum cleaner is of good quality, the suction power is excellent. Only the attached black plastic bag in which you are supposed to store the whole thing smells terrible; I threw it away immediately.

Delivery was fast and good...

Ordered 2 shipped separate and were vacuum sealed. Puffed up great! Super soft and comfortable! They are memory foam.

While charging, the device became very hot at the handle. After that, it wouldn't load at all.

Then it clicked into place. The defect was the charging controller "HL 117 Type C."

An active component has burned out and the resistor has been soldered out.

Is there a replacement for the circuit board or the device?

As described on the website, remains to be tested on the car to see if it works well.

It's more useful as a pillow when you sit on a chair rather than as a neck support.

It just arrived and I tried using it, and it's really good. I'll need to use it more, but for now it's working well. Haha, I like it and will use it well.
